So our condo complex is having a yard sale this Saturday and I have some retired stamps, paper, ink, accessories, decor elements, etc. that I'll be selling. I don't have a TON, but it's good stuff. So stop on by! If you don't know where I live just send me an email and I'll get you the address. I'm also planning on having a sign up sheet for a new hostess club which I'm really excited to get up and going, they are always so much fun. Sign up with a friend! Not sure what a hostess club is? Well let me tell you! The jist is that we have a group of people who come to my house and make great projects like cards and 3-D items and learn new techniques and we each commit to placing a minimum $20 order each month and we all take turns earning the awesome hostess benefits. Which include a free hostess stamp set and money in free product! So basically it's like being the hostess of a workshop, except you don't have to do anything other than craft your heart out and earn free stuff! It's really a great way to get everything on your wishlist and have a great time! And now is the best time to start because everything with Stampin' Up! is new! -New catalog, new colors, new punches, new stamps, new styles, new accessories...it's awesome!
For everyone who signs up for hostess club and brings a friend who also joins, I'll give both of you free shipping on your first order! Did your friend bring a friend who joined? Well they can have the deal too! The more the merrier!
This card is one I made at a fellow deomonstrator's open house, and I really love it. It features my new favorite stamp set, Artistic Etchings, and also a bunch of new colors and accessories! Do you want to make this card? Let's do it together!
Check out my website at www.meggandyreng.stampinup.net for the latest products and great ideas! See something you can't live without? Place an order on my online shop 24/7! If you do, I'll send you a hand crafted card for every $25 you spend!

Birthday Cards!
So a couple things...first of all, you can also follow my blog on my website: www.meggandyreng.stampinup.net. Stampin' Up! has made it possible to have a blog right on our website! That way you can keep up on the blog and shop all in the same place. Did someone just say the magic word? Shopping?! Check it out!
Next is a couple birthday cards I whipped together a couple weeks ago. It was my sister in law and nephew's birthdays and I had to make some cards...and quick. Here's what I came up with. This card features the sweet pea felt flowers, the new scallop punch, the Sale-A-Bration paper pack, and my favorite stamp set: warm words. I just inked the edges of the paper with some chocolate chip ink for a little something extra. It's so simple, but so cute!
Next is the card for my nephew Mako. This card uses my most favorite birthday set: Crazy for Cupcakes and my new favorite technique of stamping an image on patterned paper and cutting it out. A little background on this card. At this point most of my crafting supplies are in boxes in sotrage and scattered everywhere-one major box was still missing that had everything I use in it. We're talking blender pens, glitter, adhesive, everything, still missing. So I had to get a little creative with what I had. You may or may not notice that the ribbon is retired, but I can use whatever I want for personal use. :) But really, this is the easiest and quickest way I know of to add pattern and color to a stamp. I stamped the image directly on the card as well so I could put it back together easier.
Hope you enjoyed this technique!

Workshop!
So I finally got the second bedroom cleaned out and I've been stamping more than I have in a LONG time! And it paid off! I was contacted by someone I didn't know who wanted to have a workshop in her home! I was so excited! I prepared, showed off some of my favorite techniques, and it was a success! She earned 3 free Sale-A-Bration products! So if you want to earn your own products, don't worry...there's still time. Just contact me and we'll book your party today!
I've been taking some pictures of some of the cards I've made and I'll get those posted so you can take a peek!
